Arnon takes customer privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use the customer app.
Information we collect
- Mobile number, country code, account name and profile city.
- Saved addresses and map coordinates to deliver orders and find the nearest branch.
- Device details (id, type, language) for notifications and sign-in.
- Order, payment, wallet and loyalty data according to how you use the app.
How we use it
We use this data to create your account, fulfil orders, process payment and wallet, send OTP and notifications, improve the service, and handle complaints. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
Sharing and security
We may share what is needed with the payment gateway, SMS provider, and maps service, only to complete the order and in line with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia. We apply reasonable security measures, noting that no online system is absolutely secure.
Your rights
You can update your profile, addresses and notification settings in the app. To request account deletion, use Delete account in Settings, subject to open orders and unsettled wallet balances.
